Michael has been an illustrator for nearly 20 years, with a style he describes as cinematic, clear, and fast. Trained in graphic design, he has worked with major brands including Pepsi, Amazon, Disney, Samsung, Starbucks, and Stella Artois. While his commercial work focuses on storyboards, shooting boards, AI boards, character development, and event visualization, he has also had the thrill of drawing superheroes like Thor, Superman, and Iron Man—bringing his early comic book inspirations full circle.
Based in Austin, Texas, Michael finds constant inspiration in the city’s creative energy (and its coffee shops). When he’s not illustrating, he’s doodling for fun, often under the watchful eye of his English Springer Spaniel—his self-appointed creative director. His artistic heroes include Albert Uderzo, the legendary illustrator of Asterix the Gaul, a comic that first sparked his love of drawing.
